REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY 

for The Holy Family House, a 501(c)(3) Public Charity

I.   Basically, there will be no refunds, as the Customer, now referred to as You has the opportunity to listen to samples of each song on each CD before ordering one.

II.  If the Customer does not know how to download a CD, it is his duty to find out how to do so, before he orders a CD, as he will only have a limited number of attempts to successfully download one and 12 hours in which to successfully do so.

III. The computer to which the Customer wants to download one of our CD’s has to have not only a CD player, but it also has to have the capacity to record – it has to be a CD-R or CD-RW.   He can look at the owner’s manual or call the manufacturer with the computer’s serial number to determine whether his computer is able to record.

IV.  If the Customer is unsure of how to download the chosen CD, he can normally take a blank CD-R or CD-RW to an office store, where printing and copying is done.  He should call ahead to make sure that this is the case, because this is for “burning” a CD, not just transferring files from a flashdrive or CD to a blank CD-R or CD-RW. 

V.   Sometimes, university libraries will have computers, which have the capacity to record, unlike most public libraries, which do not.  Possibly the reference librarian or librarian, who helps with computer problems at such a university library would be able to help make the download or to “burn” the CD.

VI.  The Customer needs to make sure not to make more than one successful download of the CD, as this would be stealing  –  The LORD takes care directly of those, who oppress the poor and those who work directly for HIM, in this case, those, who are putting out this CD.
